UMR gives American greater flexibility to administer unique benefits and programs that fit our team members’ needs, including Accolade, an independent health benefits navigator service.
Starting October 1, 2025, you can get help navigating your health benefits with Care Advisors from UMR! Look for your member ID card in the mail. Be sure to show your new ID card for any medical services you receive beginning October 1, 2025.
