As a Southwest employee enrolled in a medical plan through UMR, you'll use the UnitedHealthcare (UHC) Choice Plus Network to find doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. This applies to anyone enrolled in the BenefitsPlus Program (which includes the Choice Plus Plan, Choice Plan C, or Health Savings Plan) or the Regular Plan Program. The UHC Choice Plus Network is simply the group of healthcare providers that your plan works with.
