Find a medical provider – Look up in-network physicians, hospitals and other health care providers – and find cost estimates for different treatments and procedures.

Find a behavioral health provider – Look up specialists for the treatment of mental or emotional health concerns or substance use issues. 

Find a dental provider  – Dental Benefit Providers (DBP) is your primary network for dental care.

Find a dental provider – Connection Dental is your secondary network for dental care.  Search here if you cannot find your provider in the DBP network.

Find a vision provider – Spectera vision offers in-network savings on eye exams, corrective eyewear and other services.

Find detailed information about your health plan.
Plan A SBC (summary of benefit coverage) – an overview of the medical program for employees with base wages under $150,000.
Plan B SBC (summary of benefit coverage) – an overview of the medical program for employees with base wages $150,000 or more.
Dental SBC (summary of benefit coverage)  – an overview of the dental and orthodontia benefits available to participating members.
 
Vision SBC (summary of benefit coverage)

You may elect to set aside dollars to help pay for eligible health care or dependent care expenses during annual open enrollment.

Flexible spending account (FSA) allows you to dedicate pretax dollars to pay for eligible health care and dependent care costs.
