This site has been developed specifically for State of Tennessee retires with Medicare and provides information about the supplemental medical plan available to you.

The Tennessee Plan is a supplemental medical insurance program designed to cover certain expenses not fully covered by your Medicare Part A and B coverage. It was recently brought to our attention that when you visit your provider, you may be told that your UMR plan is your primary plan, not Medicare. If you or your provider have questions about your coordination of benefits between Medicare and UMR, call UMR at 1-888-477-9307.
