There are two ways to get materials printed from Brand Central.
1) Standard items can be ordered directly in Brand Central by adding them to your shopping cart.
2) If you need materials customized and then printed, you can use the AK0008 form and email it to UMR-MEMBERMAILINGS_DL@ds.uhc.com.
Printing and mailing
If you have a request for a mailing, download the AK0015 form and email the request along with the print files and mailing list to UMR-MEMBERMAILINGS_DL@ds.uhc.com
Employee Orientation Packet requests
For orientation packets, download the CB0012 form and email the request to UMR-MEMBERMAILINGS_DL@ds.uhc.com
Ongoing Welcome Packet requests
For ongoing packets, download the CB0010 form and email the request along with any print files to the UMR-Packet routing. |
